Gourmet Tuyo Fried Rice with Dish

Fried Rice has always been a staple Filipino breakfast. And the classic favorite? Garlic fried rice. Pairing it with longganisa, tocino, egg, tuyo, hotdogs or to whatever is left from last night’s dinner. For Pinoys, left over cooked rice will never go to waste with this traditional Filipino recipe. But what if we make this Filipino breakfast more exciting? This recipe will show you how to make Dish Gourmet Tuyo Fried rice in easy simple recipe steps.

Dish Gourmet Tuyo Fried Rice

For this recipe, you may also use Dish Gourtmet Labahita or Anchovies as you wish!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bottle Dish Gourmet Tuyo Classic/Spicy or Premium. You can also try Dish Gourmet Anchovies or Labahita
  • 2 cups cooked white rice without lumps
  • 4-6 cloves garlic crushed and minced
  • 1/4 tspn salt and pepper to taste
  • chopped Spring onions
  • diced tomatoes Optional
  • salted eggs Optional

Instructions
 

  • Sautee the garlic in Dish Gourmet Tuyo’s Oil
  • Add the tuyo flakes ( from your favorite Dish Gourmet Tuyo, classic or spicy, or other Dish Seafood products) and continue cooking.
  • Mix in cooked rice and mix well.
  • Keep mixing until the rice is somewhat brownish
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add chopped spring onions and mix. (Optional)
  • Transfer to a plate and garnish with salted eggs and tomatoes as desired. (Optional).
  • Serve warm and enjoy.
